NVC要的国内无犯罪记录，公证处说要本人去才能做公证，请问能否自己翻译，再要求派出所在翻译件上盖章？这样行吗？
-If the beneficiary is present in China, he/she may just go to the 公证处 to do it. If you want ot do the translation, not to do the 公证, I am not sure whether the US Consulate accept the translation version or not (you may contact the US Consulate). If the US Consulate accept both the translation version and the original document, you need to ask someone such as your friend who knows both Chinese and English to do it for you following the USCIS requirments including the certification statement by the translator. -Probably you may have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent, depends on how lucky you are. It is risky, anyway.
