本人是加拿大国籍的护士（中国出生），随爱人在美国居住，目前TD visa， 马上要转H4，有visa screen 和护士执照，可以工作。正在纠结：

1. 是马上找工作也走H1B-绿卡路线？

还是

2。等着换成H4，再申请EAD后，再找工作后直接 换 绿卡？有这种可能吗？会快一点？但是那H4后到EAD之间又要等多长呢？

3. 还有其他路径吗？

-If you plan to get the green card as your spouse's derivative, then your spouse can ask his employer to sponsor him and you do not need to do anything. If you want to apply for the green card by yourself (i.e. you are the principal applicant), then you need to find an employer to sponsor you using EB3 category as a registered nurse. You may need to work for th eemployer first as H-1 holder or using H4 EAD, depends on which one you are qualified for.

It is hard to say how long to take for the entire process because we do not know the specific situation you will have.
