请问老师，我妈妈因为打指纹没有打上，移民局让我们再去打，可是我们没有看到notice，而让移民局拒了她的延期申请。现在也过了33天提交reopen I290B 的时间。我想请问我们还有什么办法补救？

另外我正在为她填表申请绿卡，不知道延期被拒会不会影响她的绿卡申请？

-No. You just file I-130 and she files I-485 concurrently. She had better not leave US until she gets the green card.
