We are on the same boat: I submitted my NIW I-140 application on 10/27/2003 and have not received any reply yet. According to my lawyer, the processing date varies from case to case. I don't believed that BCIS would send approval notices earlier than denial ones as it is so easy for them to write reasons for referees and rejections, especially for NIW cases. Let's cross our fingers and wait.
