8老师，给我妈妈file i-407放弃绿卡快60天了，邮寄的挂号信所以知道对方签收了信，可以一直没有收到任何email or letter to confirm receving i-407. 我希望妈妈之后探亲签证，现在一直无法去签证。请问这种情况该怎样做？
