我准备给我妈申请绿卡，我父亲已去世。请问除了我的出生公证和她的出生公证之外，还需要准备其他的公证书吗？谢谢！

-She also needs to provide her marriage certificate and your father death certificate. If she applies for the immigrant visa in China, she also needs to provide non-criminal record certificate （无犯罪记录）. If she comes to US to file I-485 for the green card, she does not need to provide non-criminal record.
