请教8老师，关于Consular processing要的police certificate (Canada),

做好后是他们寄给NVC, 还是寄到自己的住址，自己扫描后Upload and Submit Scanned Documents to NVC via CEAC？

另外，体检是在这个阶段做，寄给 NVC, 还是interview get scheduled后再做? 有没有60天的限制？谢谢
