我是绿卡持有者，现在准备帮身在海外的家属（新加坡籍）申请婚姻绿卡。家属正在走B2的流程，预计9月初会和我一起回美。我们是21年在麻省结婚的，有美国的marriage certificate。
现有几个问题想请教8老师：
1. 家属本身因国籍是新加坡，本不需要签证来美，但通过visa waiver program (VWP) 只可以呆90天，而申请B2则可以呆180天。B2是否是最好的暂时留美的方法？不知道通过VWP入境，是否也可以走I-130的申请？
