请教8老师，我父母拿绿卡有3年多了，我们所在的伊州去年推出了一项福利政策，65岁以上老人即使拿绿卡不满5年，也可以申请本州的Medicaid. 请问这影响入籍申请吗？谢谢

-I don't know whether the Medicaid you mentioned is aided by Federal Government. If yes, then it will affect their US citizenship application.
