-Yes, but she needs to  wait for at least 3 months to marry you.

-Depends. She needs to keep her non-immigrant status (e.g. B2) until she files I-485, so if the priority date is current within 6 months after she enters US, then she can file I-485 concurrently with your I-130. But if the priority date is not current, then she has to leave US.

如果不用回国，在美国需要等多久？

-B2 status normally is 6 months. Check the I-94 expiration date after she enters US.
