尊敬的8老师：

我是美国公民，我先生2011 年作为家属获得过绿卡，但因回国工作期间大概2015年再入境时绿卡被没收，当时转机时间紧签了字，不确定是否填的是放弃绿卡的表格。他6月辞职持B2签证回美一个月，准备长期呆在美国，我需要等三个月再给他申请绿卡吗？

婚姻超过20年，有两个十几岁的孩子，有可能直接给长期绿卡吗？
