-How long have you missed the appointment, a few days? I suggest you just go to the local USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) to conduct the biometrics as soon as possible. Bring the USCIS Appointment Notice with you and explain it to the immigrant officer there.
If you do not conduct the biomerics, your case probably will be denied. Of course, sometimes USCIS may just use your old biometrics in their system and thus, approve your case.
根据移民局自动语音留言要求，又等了两个月仍无音讯，帐号状态也无变化，这样的情况是否要重新交款再申请？再次申请会受前次申请影响吗？
-If your case is denied, you can re-apply for it and the denial of your current case will not affect your new application.
