妹妹一家（妹妹，妹夫和外甥）移民7月排期到，现在NVC联系我办手续。我有几个问题想请教你。
1）我是不是要等到7月份后, 先交申请费，等NVC收到申请费后再交财务担保的表和费用? 看到网上说Please note you cannot pay these two fees simultaneously。
-You can pay the immigrant visa application processing fee and the Affidavit of Support Fee at the same day (same login time), but one at a time (i.e., pay the fees in two different windows, equal to issuing two checks). See this link:

2）Part1 2a-2i Mail address 是要填我妹的地址吧？那以后NVC会把材料寄给她吗？她不懂英语,下一步的DS-260 我会帮助填.
-You can use your address as the mailing address, but put your name in "2.a. In Care Of Name" and fill your address in 2.b. to 2.i. Thus, it is convenient. Do the same way in DS 260 later.
3) Part 1 question 3-7 也是我妹的infomation吧?
-Correct.
她的国籍只写China，或P R China行吗？ People's 的单引号填不上。-Just put "China".
4) Part4 question 12 Sponsor's A number 是指公民证上的号码吗？
-Because you are a US citizen, just leave it blank.
5) Part 5 Household size: 我看了旧帖，知道要填两份I-864, 一份给我妹，一份给妹夫和外甥。
-Correct.
我妹的表上，填她，我，我老公和一个dependent孩子， 一共4人。在我妹夫和外甥的表上，填我，妹夫，外甥，还填我老公和我的孩子吗？填的话不是double count了？
-In the I-864 for your sister, put "1" in Item 1 of Part 5; enter your spouse "1", your kid "1" in Item 3 and 4 of Part 5, respectively; put "2" in Item 6 of Part 5 (for your brother in law and their kid).
-In the I-864 for your brother-in-law and their kid, put "2" in Item 1 of Part 5 (for your brother in law and their kid); enter your spouse "1", your kid "1" in Item 3 and 4 of Part 5, respectively; put "1" in Item 6 of Part 5 (for your sister).
Thus, the household size is the same in the two I-864 forms.
6) Part 6 Employment and Income: question 3 Name of Employer 2 是指我上一个雇主，还是如果我现在同时有两个雇主？
7) 我个人收入够担保的话，是不是Part6 question 8－19，part 7 都不用填？
-Right.
就我自己填两份I－864就行了？-Yes. But only put your personal income (e.g. from your W2) in I-864
