请教8老师，关于兄弟姐妹移民

谢谢 8老师。我哥哥离婚了的话，这算single吗？这个是在申请的时候需要single，还是排期到的时候是single？

假如我 “be the joint sponsor to provide the financial support in this case”的话，那我就会同时出现在两个申请里面。一个是我单独的申请，一个是和我母亲一起申请，这样居然可以？

另外我老公可以做joint sponsor 吗？万一排期到了的时候我已经退休了，没有 pay stub了，怎么 provide the financial support 呢？
