到现在孩子都22岁了。即使妈妈的申请下来了。他做为成年子女也没有资格自动被批准？

By the way, when the priority date is current (排期到了）， use the following formula to calculate the child's CSPA age:

 

Child's CSPA age = the child actual age when the priority date is current - the I-130 pending days

Note: Whether the priority date is current (排期到了）is based on A Form in the Visa Bulletin

I-130 pending days = I-130 Approveal Date (i.e., I-130 approval notice issue date) - I-130 Receipt Date 

You can find the I-130 approval date and receipt date from the I-130 aprpoval notice.

 

If the child CSPA age is less than 21, then the child can immigrate to US together with the parent as the derivative. Otherwise, the child is not qulaified for the immgration benefits with the parent.
