已经找不到任何记录而且是6.7年前的事情了.

-Just go to the DMV or Department of Public Safety in your city/county Which deal with the driver license to get your driver record. If the ticket is still listed in your driver record, just report it in N-400, and if it is not shown in the record, not need to report it.
