父母移民登陆美国后半年了还没有收到绿卡。临时绿卡stamp快过期了。到绿卡申请的账户里面查了，也没有什么信息可用。因为绿卡申请已经批准了。该怎么办呢？谢谢您！
 
-Did you pay the immigrant fee for your parents yet? If no, you need to pay the fee, otherwise USCIS will never issue the plastic card to them. The immigrant fee is for the costs for USCIS to process and produce the plastic green card. If you have paid it, your parents should receive the plastic green card within 90 days. You may contact USCIS.
