有朋友去年F4移民签证来美。但她老公当时因还未达退休年龄，在填Department of State的CEAC(ceac.state.gov)时选择“延迟申请”（follow to join)。 去年朋友去广州领馆移民签证面试时， 官员要求老公每年和领馆联系一次。现在老公想联系领馆了。 但朋友却记不起当时官员如何极简单地介绍的联系方法了。

想请问有人知道这种情景如何联系广州领馆吗？    致谢！
