各位请叫一下如何才能给移民局打通电话。我的十年绿卡去年到期前四个月发了更新申请，指纹也打过了，一年的临时绿卡下个月就到期了，现在急着想联系移民局，但那个电话总是语音提示去网上查信息。请问你们谁知道如何才能和移民局的人接通电话？谢谢！
