1）公司e-verify后， 我们需要重新提交OPT extension application吗还是由公司负责处理？
-No. Do nothing.
我们想避免因为e-verify问题申请被拒。
-Irrelevant. E-verify means the employer need to verify whether the employee is eligiable to work legally. The employer do it for every employee, not just for your kid. Then, the employer file I-9 to DOL for the record. The E-verify process just takes a few minutes online.
2）看到下面的grace period, 如果被拒，我提交I130 for F2B, 是不是小孩需要离开美国？
If your application for a STEM OPT extension is denied during the 180 days, you will receive a 60-day grace period to prepare to depart the U.S., apply for a graduate program, or apply for an adjustment of status to a different nonimmigrant visa.
-Normally the OPT extension should be approved, so you do not need to worry about it. Your kid can ask the employer to sponsor H-1 for him/her.
