有些着急， 小孩的EAD 昨天到期， 申请OPT extension，已经提交， USCIS receipt notice 收到； 但是公司律师告知公司没有e-verify。 现在还能继续工作吗？

-Yes, you kid can continue to work for the employer. 

下一步要怎么做？

-Ask the employer to do e-verify which takes only a few minutes (show the OPT extension Receipt Notice to the employer). E-verify is the employer's responsibility, not your kid's business. Because your kid filed OPT extension before the OPT EAD expired, he/she can continue to work up to 180 days before the OPT extension is approved.
