这样理解对吗：
１. ５／１ 毕业， 毕业以后三个月之内叫毕业实习 （OPT）
２. 8/1之前要申请毕业实习延长 （EAD）
计划 ８／１几周前 (7/15) 申请
-Not correct. Please read the links I cited for you carefully. USCIS must receive your OPT application before July 1 within 60 days after you graduate, i.e., before your 60-day F-1 grace period ends. So, you had better ask your International Student Office to extend your I-20 for OPT (i.e., request OPT for you in SEVIS) before June 10 so that you can send the OPT EAD application out no later than June 15 (you need to leave ABOUT TWO WEEKS for USCIS to receive your application and put the information into the system).
Then, you need to find a job related to OPT within 90 days from the date your OPT EAD is approved. This job can be full-time, part-time or volunteer.
I have to say it is very serious issue and you cannot make a mistake.
3. 移民局大概要2-3个月时间批准 “毕业实习延长”申请。
假设10/1 批准
4. “毕业实习延长”申请批准三个月之内 （也就是2/1/2023之前） 要找到工作。
这个工作可以是， 全职， 半职， 或者是不付工钱的 义务工
5. 公司在3/18/2023帮员工递交工作签证 （H1B) 抽签. 名额6万5千
3月底出结果
如果是半职 或义务工，估计公司不会给申请工作签证
6. 然后还有第二次抽签， 名额2万
7. 5/1/2023 一年的毕业实习结束
如果还没找到工作， 或者找到工作但没抽到签， 就没有身份了。
8. 唯一的办法是在回到学校拿I-20，保持身份
