Then, you need to file two I-864 and also two I-864A, one for your brother and yoou choose "yes" to "1. I am sponsoring the proncipal immigrant named in Part 2"; and another for his family members and you choose "2. I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within saix months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2". 

Same to the I-864A.
