还有几个不太清楚的地方：1）亲属移民：I-130也应该在OPT extension approval 后再提交，-Yes. Immigrant intent may affect the OPT extnsion approval.
并且小孩只能申请f2b吗？-Correct because the kid is > 21.
2）职业移民，小孩只是master degree, 只能是eb3,或者本科后满5年upgrade to eb2?
-Either EB2 or EB3 is OK with Master's degree, depends on the job (position) requirements. Talk to the employer and the lawyer.
3）I-824 approval后, USCIS转case到NVC,NVC通知主申请人交材料交移民签证费，然后网上提交DS260,邮寄材料到NVC, 等待审结信，这些都是主申请人要做的， 配偶国内等签证面试通知，我的理解对吗？
