1）成年小孩(23岁）可以同时申请亲属移民和职业移民吗？ -Yes.

小孩现在在申请STEM OPT extension因为今年没抽中H1B；OPT extension期间能申请职业移民吗？

-Yes, but had better apply for the green card after the OPT extension is approved.

2）Priority date 只能同一类移民recapture吗？-Correct.

3）主申请人绿卡刚收到，国内配偶I824是和I485同时提交的，国内配偶需要做什么？-Prepare the required documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, non-criminal record, etc. By the way, because the spouse is physically present in China, he/she cannot file I-485. He/she has to wait for the I-824 approval and then, apply for the immigrant visa in China.
