I-130表里的第5页, 问题10“Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?”是就指的申请过I-130呢？

还是以前公司给申请过的I-140也算呢？

-Yes, it is counted. So, say "Yes" to the question. Then, explain it in Part 9 Additional Information, such as provide the petitioner's (employer) name,  I-140 Receipt Number, when it was filed, and the case status (e.g., approved, pending, or denied).
