还有就是该如果措辞询问他们？ 这个通知里并没有看到有suspension这个词， 但是你说签证中心已经suspended我们的签证， 我该如果问他们啊？是的， 移民排期已经到了， 我们的排期是2007年1月27日。谢谢8老师。

-You may call them and tell them you found the Summary Information online about that your case is not eligible for futher processing (i.e., suspension) due to visa number not available, but actually your priority date us current (i.e., visa number should be available to your case. Then, ask them whether to process your case. If your English is not good enough for communication with NVC, you may ask your lawyer to contact them.
