-The I-90 Receipt Notice should state that the green card automatically extends for another year from the green card expiration date. So, just read the receipt notice to see whether this statement is there. 

这期间各公司会不会认为孩子身份有问题呢？-See above answer. Then, present the expired green card and the receipt notice to prove your kid's permanent resident status.
