尊敬的8老师：

我在去年12月帮母亲递交I-130/I-485， 那时我父亲还打算回国。但现在很多回国班机都取消了，他也回不去了，只好考虑也办 I-130/I-485.  那我有个问题请教：

I-130 Part5, 1. Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien ?

回答是否 是 Yes, 然后填上母亲的信息 ？ Result : 是否是： Pending ?

If you are also submitting separate petitions for other relatives, provide the names of and your relationship to each relative.

这个是不是空着不写。
