-No for the I-130, but it will be required later. The copies of your birth certificate and your US citizenship certificate or US passport are required for I-130 filing.
如果父亲月经不在了，还需要吗？
-Yes and also provide your father's death certificate and your mother's birth certificate later when NVC ask you to provide these documents.
我们这边的3年税单需要申请时候提交吗
-No for the I-130, but it will be required later. The copies of your tax return and W2 of 2021 are required later, and those of 2020 and 2019 are optional.
After USCIS approve your I-130, then they will forward the approved I-130 to National Visa Center (NVC). Then, NVC will send you the instruction and ask you to provide the documents mentioned above.
