尊敬的8老师，

我是美国公民，去年成功邦助我妹妹和她女儿移民来美。我妹和她女儿是去年7 月到了美國。我妹去年11月已经收到绿卡，但是我妹的女儿（现是大学硕士生）到现在还沒收到绿卡。不久前email 给移民局询问，说2 月2 日前会给予回复。至今沒有消息。请问现在应该怎么办？

-Make sure you have paid the immigrant fee for her asd you did for your sister. She is supposed to receive the green card within 90 days after she entered US or after you paid the immgrant fee for her, whichever is later. She may continue to contact  The National Customer Service Center (“NCSC”) of USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.

If necessary, call USCIS to make an appointment with the local USCIS Field Office.
