8老师我妹妹是是一月16号用移民签证进入美国的，现在已经收到社安号卡。请问8老师

1. 她什么时候会收到绿卡?需要等大概多长时间？

-Did you pay the immigrant fee for her yet? If yes, she will receive the plastic card within 90 days. If no, you need to pay the immgrant fee for her. see this link for immigrant fee and how to pay it:

2. 她入境的时候，她护照上盖有边检的章。她是否在收到绿卡前可以开始合法工作?-Yes. Show the employer the endorsed immigrant visa stamp to work.

3.她是否需要申请工卡 EAD才能工作?-Not need. 

如果需要申请工卡，怎么申请呢？
