我现在依靠孩子搞亲属移民，I-864W表instruction里说“You have earned or can receive credit for 40 quarters of coverage..."，这个"You"应该是指我在美国工作超过40个quarters而不应该是指的我孩子吧？
-Correct. That means if you have worked in US for 40 quarters (10 years), your kid does not need to file I-864. i.e. you can file I-864W for waiver of the I-864.
