父母2019年底回中国，因为covid难以过来也不太愿意现在过来。绿卡4月过期。请问有什么办法renew或延期吗？如果过期了，将来来美国是不是得办签证？是不是签证很容易被拒？

-Do your parents have the reentry permit? If no, their green cards have been void becuase their stay in China has been more than one year and thus, they cannot use it to reenter US. They may just abandon the green card and then, apply for the B2 visa to enter US in the future.
