我表姐自己申请的Eb1a，目前材料已经被NVC 转到广州领事馆了。但是由于她当初DS260上的信箱好久没用了，被系统收回了，所以她无法收到P4 信。联系美国领事馆，领事馆说只认DS260上的邮箱，联系NVC又被告之已不归其管辖了，简直就是死循环。请问这种情况应该怎么办？我表姐都急坏了，我就想起万能的8老师了。
-Is she able to login to her NVC account? If yes, just go there to update (change) her email address in the NVC account. Then, contact the US Consulate or NVC using the new email address. See the following link for how to update email address in NVC:
