小孩未满十八， 跟着父母拿到公民。 已经拿到了美国护照。 还需要申请公民纸吗？

-Not have to. The US passport can be used as the US citizenship proof. But your child had better renew the passport when it expires.

如果需要， 小孩在前几年周末会去加拿大， 要不要填写呢？ -Not need to report it in N-600.
