1. online-filing 130 表，找来找去 没看见哪里可以upload 父母（beneficiary）的出生公证。 只看到自己（petitioner) 的出生公证要求。请问父母的出生公证在online提交130时必要吗，

还是只要父母结婚公证 ？

2. 父母的出生公证在提交260时才必要吗？-Correct.

3. What is the beneficiary's Travel Document number? 此处是否填写 NA, 只有passport no。

-They do not have this kind of documents yet. So, just leave it blank.
