突发奇想，那万一有人冒充本人给移民局寄个表格，是不是就完蛋了，移民局也查不出来。

-The person cannot know your A#, birthdate, etc. which need to be provided in I-407. Also, this person does not have your green card which need to be returned to USCIS with the I-407 filing.
