先多谢8老师多年来热心在此帮忙解惑释疑。

成年未婚朋友在绿卡父母的资助下申请亲属绿卡移民(F2B)，人在中国， 排期在2016年十月份。现在最新排期是：

F2B A表排期：9/22/2015

F2B B表排期：9/22/2016

想请问：

1. A表排期是给人在国外的申请人的，B表排期是给人在美国国内申请人的，所以朋友必须再等至少一年才能进入下一步。我的理解对吗？

-No. B form is for the applicants outside US to submit the application materials for the immigration visa, but sometimes it is also used for the applicants within US to submit I-485. NVC will inform the sponsor when the application for immigrant visa need to be provided to NVC.

2. 朋友有美国10年签证，她能不能用签证先进入美国，然后使用B表排期进入下一步？并且一直呆在美国直到拿到绿卡？

-If the priority date is nearly current, she may has trouble to enter US.  Also, if she comes to US, she needs to keep the valid status until she files I-485 when the priority date is current.

3. B表的排期到了后，是不是就可以申请工作准证了？-If she files I-485 within US, she can apply for EAD ath the same time.

大概多久时间可以批准？-hard to  say.

4. 如果人在中国，A表排期到了后，最快多久可以来美国？-About one year to two years, case by case.

5. 以前的10年美签，现在还可以用来进入美国吗？-See above.
