8老师，我是10月前移民签证批准的（我还没有入境美国），所有的体检也是此前做的，当时并没有要求新冠疫苗的要求。后来CDC出台了所有移民签证申请人10月1日开始必须完全接种新冠疫苗。
请问对于我这样的已经在此前拿到IV签证的也需要补种新冠疫苗吗？
问题是我们打得是中国国内没有经过WHO认证的三针疫苗（智飞疫苗），不是灭活疫苗。这样还能继续打疫苗吗？

Why are immigrants not covered by the new proclamation or oder?
