关于是否需要付Biometrics 费的建议

在申请任何移民benefits不确定是否需要付或再付Biometrics 费时，最好是issue the biometrics fee in a separate check or MO with the application.  这様的话，如果不需付费，USCIS会return the check but retain the application package for processing. 否则USCIS会return the entire package for incorrect filing fee.
