我在2018年2月同时递交eb1+485+EAD+AP ，7月递交了NIW，当年3月去移民局做过biometrics。2019年初eb1被拒，NIW 获批。2019年11月到移民局 485面试，一个月后收到拒信，原因是我在2019年夏天离境，算是自动放弃了485 。

今年9月下旬我根据NIW排期递交了485+EAD+AP，只寄出了一张$1140的支票，但是支票开错在一个余额不足的户头上（但是银行未显示有overdraft or returned check的信息，不知移民局到底有否去兑现支票）, 两周后收到移民局退回的485 package, 说支票有错（金额错误或余额不足），但是EAD和AP都收到了receipt。

10月初我再次用priority mail寄出了485申请，支票写的还是$1140, 我没有再写一张$85的biometrics 支票，因为我2018年3月已经做过biometrics了，今早查USCIS我的account, 看到我的EAD申请在10月21日已经被updated with biometrics info, 说明我的biometrics已经在系统中。

-You need to pay the biometrics fee of $85 when you file a new I-485 even if your biometrics was in USCIS system.

但是一个月过去了，我没有收到任何移民局通知或退回的申请，支票也一直未被兑现。我在邮局寄出485的priority mail的收据已丢失无法查询，但是被寄丢的概率很小很小吧？

请教我该怎么办呢？再寄出一份带有$1140和$85的两张支票的485申请？

-I am sure that USCIS will reject your I-485 again (i.e. return your application materials to you as they did last time) becuase your payment amount of the check is not correct. You need to pay the I-485 filing fee and the biometrics fee together, i.e. issue a check of $1,225 (i.e. $1140 + $85) with the I-485 filing.

You had better wait for USCIS send your I-485 packet back to you (i.e, reject your case), then you can issue a new check of $1,225 and send the rejected I-485 packet back to USCIS with the check.
