请教8老师，妈妈的鉴证问题

8老师好， 现在有2个问题想咨询下

1。妈妈10年前来过美国至少4，5次，现在签证过期了， 请问我们要美国这边重新申请吗？ 我妈还要去大使馆面签吗？ 

2.   我想帮妈办移民，她来美国后再转身份，需要哪些准备哪些文件
