我爱人H1B第六年明年4月底过期，她公司在给她办PERM，还在等待PWD，估计在明年四
月肯定没法等到PERM和I140批准，单位建议她明年4月回国等待，请教如下问题
1）如果明年4月她回国过几个月之后PERM和140通过，她公司可以继续renew她原来的
H1B吗？还是需要重新抽签？
-If she leaves US before her 6-year H1 ends (e.g., she leaves US in March, had better one month before the deadline), she can renew it using the one-year PERM or approved I-140 to extend the H-1 beyond the 6-year limit, not need a new H-1 quote.
2）如果H1B可以renew，那她是否可以立刻申请H1 VISA来回来工作，还是需要等满一年。-She can get the H-1 visa to come back immediately after the H-1 extension petition is approved.
3）这种情况，有没有可能在4月之后不需要回国在这里等待PERM和140,我是H1B，I140已经批
准,但是排期没有current
-Yes, she can apply for change of status to H-4 to stay in US, but the H4 application takes time to be approved, so she needs to do it at least 6 months earlier. If the H-4 application is still pending in March 2022, she needs to leave US. Otherwise, she cannot turn back to H-1 unless she leave US and stay outside US for at least one year to get a new H-1 quote.
