申请婚姻绿卡需要同时递交 I-130 and I-145 吗？

-If the sponsor is a US citizen, then I-130 and I-485 can always be filed concurrently. If the sponsor is a green card holder, then sometimes yes, sometimes no, depends on whether the prority date is current (check the Visa Bulletin to find it).
