我今年初时打了H4EAD指纹，打完后拿到新的H4EAD。现在申请485，又收到打指纹预约信。想知道是不是移民局搞错了？记得近期打过指纹的不用再打了。

-Thiese are two different cases, one for non-immigrant status, and another for immigrant status. You need to go to do the biometrics for the I-485.
