8老师谢谢您的无私帮助。我弟弟昨天刚在北京做了移民体检，但是北京体检中心没有给做验血和尿液检查，据说是政策变了，我弟弟年龄是55岁，请问8老师这样会有问题吗？

-There is nothing change within US, but I don't know whether the requirement is changed in China. Is 北京体检中心 designated by the US Consulate as the physical examination unit? If yes, it should be fine because they should know the requirement.
