我父母6月分在广州获得移民签证，之后交了移民费用。但是一直没有收到任何入境的时候用的package。问领馆一直没有回应。现在应该怎么办呢？谢谢！

If yes, there is not the package needed because the US Consulate has put the data of the package into the system and thus, the IO at the port of entry can find it from the system when you parents enter US.
