请问8老师转Cap-Exempt H1B需要什么手续，

-Same as you do H-1 transfer to a cap H-1 employer.

需要多久？

-I don't know, but you can work immidately after your new employer file the H-1 transfer for you.

是否像新申请一样？-The procedure is the same as that for filing a new H-1 petition. But the H-1 time is total 6 years (cap + non-cap).

想要换一个工作，二个Employers都是Cap Exempt Qualitied.
