I-485 package was returned by USCIS. The notice said that G-28 was not filled properly. But the law firm told me that the form was filled correctly. USCIS rejected the appliaction by error. Do you know USCIS reject form G-28 often?

How can I tell who is correct. I do not want to get rejected agin if the package is sent again the same way.
